Assumptions driving this plan

12 × 3-week sprints, starting 29 Jun 2026, running to 7 Mar 2027 (flagship go-live mid-March).
Design system runs 6 weeks from w/c 1 Jun 2026 — component sign-off by TA falls in Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 only.
QA (Ben, TA) begins from Sprint 2.
UAT begins from Sprint 4.
Sites go live in phases, smallest first; australia.com last, confirmed mid-March 2027. Releases run October → March, with no releases in November or December.
Hypercare runs from mid-March to mid-April 2027 (≈ 30 days post australia.com go-live), outside the 12-sprint window.
Holiday coverage is tracked for Dubai (UAE) and Sydney (NSW) teams; UAE Islamic-calendar dates are subject to moon-sighting confirmation.
Page counts and milestone detail to be confirmed against the detailed Monday.com plan; blank cells are owned by the workstream leads.
A 3rd-party pen test is tied to every release, run in the order build → QA → pen test (1 week each); pen-test sprint slots are indicative and shift with build/QA.
All forms can be tested by the TA team; they may ask for support from their MS team.
The Find a Travel Agent form may need to be reviewed with a 3rd party (tracked as a dependency).
Mapbox requires its own 3rd-party test, separate from the standard QA/pen test.
